We are delighted to assist you with your travel needs, including flight bookings, hotel bookings, MICE services, foreign exchange, group and corporate tours, and cruise packages. Before you proceed, please read through our Terms and Conditions carefully. By making a booking with us, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 How to Book
You can book our services through our website, over the phone, or via email. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with all necessary details.
1.2 Payment Terms
- A deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The full payment must be completed 30 days before departure for tour packages and cruise bookings.
- Flight and hotel bookings may require full payment at the time of booking.
- MICE and corporate tour payments are subject to specific contracts and agreements.
1.3 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, UPI, and other payment methods listed on our website.
2. Cancellation, Refund, and Changes Policy
2.1 Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Flight & Hotel Bookings : Subject to airline/hotel cancellation policies.
- Tour Packages & Cruise Bookings :
○ Cancellation 30+ days before departure : Refund minus a non-refundable deposit.
○ Cancellation less than 30 days before departure : No refund.
- MICE & Corporate Tours : Cancellation terms will be as per the signed agreement.
- Foreign Exchange : Transactions are final and non-refundable once processed.
2.2 Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of approval.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
- Certain charges (like deposits and third-party service fees) are non-refundable.
2.3 Changes to Bookings
- Changes in flights, hotels, or tours are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Any modification requests should be made at least 14 days before departure.
3. Travel Services
3.1 Flight Bookings
- Prices are subject to change until ticket issuance.
- Name changes on flight tickets are not allowed after booking confirmation.
- Flight schedules are subject to airline changes, and we are not liable for delays.
3.2 Hotel Bookings
- Room availability is subject to change until confirmation.
- Check-in and check-out policies are as per hotel rules.
3.3 Cruise Packages
- Cruise bookings are subject to the terms of the cruise line.
- Cabin selection and itinerary changes depend on the cruise operator.
3.4 MICE and Corporate Travel
- Special terms apply based on group size and corporate agreements.
- Customization is available for business travel needs.
3.5 Foreign Exchange Services
- Rates fluctuate based on market conditions.
- Once processed, foreign exchange transactions are non-reversible.
4. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events like trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or baggage loss.
5. Health and Safety
- Travelers with pre-existing medical conditions should inform us at the time of booking.
- Adherence to local health regulations and safety guidelines is mandatory.
6. Liability and Responsibilities
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc.).
- Personal belongings are the traveler’s responsibility.
7. Media and Photos
- We may use photos/videos taken during tours for promotional purposes.
- If you wish to opt out, please inform us before departure.
8. Respectful Conduct
- Travelers must respect fellow passengers, tour guides, and local communities.
- We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants from the tour without a refund.
9. Privacy Policy
- We protect your personal information and only share necessary details with third parties for booking purposes.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Uttar Pradesh.
- Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action.
